Andy Earl X Bankside Yards

Andy Earl x Bankside Yards is a three-month photography exhibition we produced at Bankside Yards, London SE1 — the first public event to open Native Land's restored Victorian railway arches after 150 years. We found the venue, raised the sponsorship, and produced the show end to end. The exhibition brought together 40 works by photographer Andy Earl, whose four-decade career spans over 400 album covers and collaborations with David Attenborough, Pink Floyd, The Rolling Stones, Madonna, and Robbie Williams. The show opened 8th May 2026 — the 100th birthday of Sir David Attenborough, whose portrait was a centrepiece of the exhibition.

Regent Sounds × Electric Blues

In September 2025, Regent Sounds reopened its historic Denmark Street premises with the launch of Electric Blues! T-Bone Walker & The Guitar That Started It All by Tony Bacon — and the unveiling of T-Bone Walker's 1949 Gibson ES-5N in its new home at the shop. Too Late produced the event end to end: concept, guest list, live entertainment, and delivery on the night. We also secured Jack Daniel's as event sponsor, bringing brand investment to a cultural moment that put Denmark Street back on the map. The evening drew musicians, collectors, authors and industry insiders to a space where The Rolling Stones, Hendrix and Bowie once recorded. One event. A book launch, a shop relaunch, a guitar with history, and a sponsor who understood all three.
